I am more than happy to pass on my comments about the services of Arbcore Tree Care.
I called on their services in 2009 and I was instantly impressed by their personal customer care. I
wanted some trees cut down and asked for an estimate to carry out this work. As this property in
Wales was being rented at the time, and I lived in Liverpool, it was very difficult for me to meet them.
However, this was no problem at all for Arbcore. They visited the property, investigated all the work to
be carried out, and e-mailed me back immediately with the total cost of this work. I agreed for them to
cut down the trees and this work was carried out within the week. When I next visited, I was most
impressed to find that all the trees had been cleared and the property was left immaculate. They
forwarded the invoice to me and I was genuinely surprised that the bill was so reasonable for all the
work that had been carried out.
I contacted them again in September 2009 and asked them to tidy the grass and the hedges around
the property in Lledrod. They gave me a reasonable price and carried out the work immediately. They
did a remarkable job, considering how difficult the ground, and particularly the hedge, is to maintain.
They left the place immaculate again, and it was indeed a pleasure to see the grounds when I was
able to visit the bungalow.
I would not hesitate to recommend Arbcore Tree Care to anyone who needs any work completed.
They really do provide excellent customer service, are very reasonable, and take pride in their work.
I will be contacting them again in September to give the grounds a good clearance again. I know they
will leave the property looking fantastic – ready for the winter !!

tricky and specialized jobs, always carrying them out in a workmanlike and professional
manner. All health and safety measures are in place and are always adhered to. it is nice to
talk to a contractor before hand and know you can walk away in total confidence for them to
carry on and complete any job.
