Arbcore Tree Surgeons covering Welshpool
Arbcore are tree surgeons that offer a range of tree services for local authorities, homes, and businesses in
Welshpool. We are an arborist that conforms with all health and safety and tree protection legislation, giving you a highly-specialised, skilled service you can rely on. Our unparalleled tree care ensures that your surrounding environment is protected while we carry out work, potentially at extreme heights. We provide detailed quotes and clear up all the mess afterwards so get in touch for more details.
Our Tree Services
Arbcore is proud to serve Welshpool with a variety of highly skilled tree care services so that your home or business is fully safe and secure from trees that are too tall or those suffering from ash dieback.
Our services include:
Felling or section felling - We remove trees in one go or in sections using pulleys and ropes, depending on the number of obstacles we may encounter on your premises.
Crown thinning - We remove up to a quarter of branches - usually dead or damaged limbs - so that more light can pass through the canopy.
Pollarding - A last-resort measure of pruning trees severely, usually required on street trees so that branches don’t interfere with electricity cables.
Crown reduction - This involves the removal of up to a quarter of the outer branches to reduce the size of the outer canopy.
Crown raising - We remove the lower branches so that more light can pass through or it is done to prevent an obstruction.
Landscaping - Our work includes excavations for levelling, paths, paving, decking, creating ponds, fencing, and raising vegetable beds.
Garden maintenance - Whether you need us for a one-off job or if you require regular cutting of your grass and hedges, pruning, weeding, trimming, and pressure washing, we are the ones for you.
Forestry services - We clear regeneration works, control invasive weeds, carry out felling on a forestry scale and can clear paths and bridleways.
Our Process
Tristan or one of our lead climbers will visit the site to discuss your requirements and see the trees. We provide a written quotation via email or the post and when a date is fixed, we will visit your property or premises and run through the work to be undertaken to double-check that you are satisfied with what has been agreed. We also conduct a risk assessment, carry out other health and safety checks, and check that legislation such as tree protection orders and wildlife protection is being conformed to before work begins. When we are finished, we ask you to check the work so that you are happy. We then clean the area of any mess before we leave. Landscaping jobs pretty much follow the same process as tree surgery projects, with detailed plans, castings, and drawings carried out in as much detail as you require.
